Standard
Following credit card approval, a standard order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, When not in a holiday season If we get the order early enough, it is possible that it will be shipped the same day, not including holidays). We ship thru United Parcel Service to the United States. We consider orders valid for a thirty day shipping period without further notification to the customer. If a delivery is time-critical in nature, please advise us when you are placing the order The cost depends on the total amount of the order, for example shipping to the New york area is:

Overnight - Second Day - 3 Day Select
An overnight order will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 12 noon EST and credit card authorization is obtained. The cost of overnight deliveries is the same as standard, plus the additional cost of next day, second day air or 3 day select on United Parcel Service . In some cases oversize or heavier items may not have may require more shipping costs and we will notify you before accepting your order

International orders
We ship orders overseas using either the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. If the cost of shipping is close to the Post Office. We use UPS because we get a tracking number and better control. The cost is determined by the weight of the items being purchased, plus a $8 handling fee plus the cost of insuring the order. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

  • credit card approval must by received prior to processing
  • overnight orders received after 12 noon EST will not be processed until the following day

  • You can not count the current day as a day a package will get to you

Returns
We accept "Like New" unopened merchandise for credit to your charge card if returned to us within 14 days. Merchandise that has been played with or is received in a condition which is not resaleable, will not receive any refund. Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made a shipping error, and if your shipment was expedited at your request, you may incur a handling or restocking fee in addition to charges equal to all shipping expenses we incurred. Refused orders will be considered as orders returned without authorization, and you may incur a handling or restocking fee in addition to shipping expenses. To Cancel an Order

Latoys works very hard to process and ship your order quickly. It may be impossible to cancel your approved order, but Latoys will accept cancellation requests made by e-mail. If your order has not been allocated, processed for shipping or receipted to the shipper, Latoys will authorize a cancellation of all or part of your order. This request must be made via email to our CANCELLATION of order dept via this link. Please do not call with this request as all requests must be received in writing or by email. If accepted, your cancellation request will be acknowledged by a reply email from Latoys advising you of the accepted and processed cancellation. If we incur special order fees, handling fees, packing expenses or shipping charges related to your order, these will be charged to the Credit Card you provided when you authorized the shipping of the order. If your order has shipped, a request to return rather than a cancellation request must be made. Refused orders will be considered as orders returned without authorization, and you will incur a handling or restocking fee (20% of merchandise cost) in addition to shipping expenses.

Returning Goods If you return goods which received FREE SHIPPING, a return restocking or handling charge will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment. If in entering your destination address you make any addressing errors, we will later charge whatever we must pay in correction fees to your original charge card as a separate transaction. If your designated receiver changes the delivery address and we incur any additional fees, these too will be charged as a separate transaction to the charge card you authorized.

Orders are not binding upon Latoys until acceptance by Latoys at its home office. Latoys is not responsible for pricing errors or other errors on the website, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
